Our story

Peach & Pose started small: with just two friends, Sophie and Amelia, in the heart of Sydney. Both devoted to their daily Pilates practice, they kept running into the same frustration: every pair of grip socks they tried felt either boring, uncomfortable, or just not stylish enough to wear proudly in the studio.

Over countless reformer classes and coffee chats, they began sketching out a better idea: socks that delivered flawless grip for performance, soft breathable fabric for comfort, and designs that women would actually be excited to slip on before class. One prototype led to another, and soon their local studio was buzzing with friends asking, “Where did you get those?”

What began at a kitchen table in Sydney has since grown into a global brand and community: loved by Pilates enthusiasts from Melbourne to Los Angeles, London to Singapore. What was once just two Pilates girls searching for better socks has turned into a worldwide movement of women choosing quality, style, and confidence in every pose.

Our mission has never changed: to create the only Pilates socks you’ll ever need, and to empower a community of women who inspire each other to move with strength, grace, and joy.
